1. Non-Refundable Payments
   All one-time payments are non-refundable once the listing process has started, as our service involves immediate review and preparation of your submission.

2. Rejections Due to Policy Violations
   If your AI tool submission is rejected because it violates our submission guidelines, you will receive a full refund.

3. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
   In case of accidental duplicate payments or billing errors, please contact us at support@startupaitools.com within 7 days of the charge. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded in full.
